Pursuant to the settlement agreement reached between Dubai Aviation Corporation trading as flydubai and Mr. Omer Bergman in Court File T”Z 68269-05-20, passengers that purchased their flydubai tickets between 20.11.2020 and 07.12.2020 through Open Sky Ltd and paid a handling fee of USD5 for their visa application, may be eligible to a USD5 voucher for future

purchase of services from flydubai. 

To verify eligibility for the USD5 voucher, passengers will need to send a request including: full name(s) as appeared on the booking, email address and flight details, to: info@open-sky.co.il Where eligibility is approved, a non-transferable voucher will be issued in the name of the passenger. Validity of the voucher: 6 months from the date of issuance. Vouchers can solely be used to purchase flight tickets and pre-flight ancillary services, excluding any other service such as duty-free purchases.
